The Waverley 151 South East St. - Indianapolis, IN (downtown)

212 Units - Established 2008

The first phase of The Waverley was built in 2008 with the 2nd phase, The Studios, being built in 2011. The community features Studios, 1, and 2 bedroom units and townhomes. The Waverley is named after the Pope-Waverley Electric Car company from the early 1900s. The vehicles were manufactured at the location, and we felt it fitting to name the community based on some history in Indianapolis.
