Typically, when we meet with owners they have concerns when it comes to having experience in both new construction lease-up and stabilized communities; or they are frustrated their financial objectives and five year goals are not being met.

We also find ourselves discussing customer service anda commitment to delivering an enjoyable experience torenters.  When partnering with an owner we look to addvalue in these areas right from the beginning.

As a multifamily developer we have experience buildingand successfully leasing up more than 6,000 units inour 40 year company history.  Our experience with new construction has given our management teamopportunities to create best practices for opening newoffices, setting up new maintenance facilities, and kickstarting marketing and leasing for new properties tomeet proforma objectives.  With new construction we understand challenges can sometimes arise, and our teams have experience in dealing with these circumstances and insuring customers are satisfied. Many of our newest communities have some of the best online reviews and ratings because our teams make sure we set high standards for service right from the beginning.

Our current experience in the Indianapolis market  includes many communities in the north suburbs of Hamilton County, and we also have communities downtown Indianapolis, on the west, south, and east sides of the city, and new developments in Broad Ripple.

In addition to our Indianapolis market communities we also have communities in the Bloomington and West Lafayette markets that cater to the local community residents and students.

While we rely on best practices and consistency in our operations, our diverse portfolio of locations has also taught us to uniquely tailor our approach to leasing and management to best fit the specific community and residents.

Key property management team

In addition to Gabrielle Gonzalez, V.P., Director of Property & Asset Management, and Mark Juleen, V.P.,  Director of Marketing & Training, J.C. Hart supports its communities with a Regional and Maintenance property management team.

We view each community we manage as part of the J.C. Hart portfolio and brand. As a result, the way wesupport and staff each property is consistent regardlessof ownership structure.  Our Regional/District Managersall have experience working with third party owners andpartners, and all have experience overseeing lease-upcommunities at the site and regional level.
